Due to unforeseen health issues, I had to do all of my shopping online for the first time! Although nervous, I began perusing websites and I'm so so glad that I ordered from LL Bean!! They had everything I needed for that "hard to shop for" person! I'm very pleased with the quality of the products, the prices, and the fast delivery service!

I ordered a man’s fleece top last Christmas to be delivered for relatives that were visiting from overseas. The top arrived with some stitches missing so it was sent back and replaced. Sad thing was the relatives had already gone back home overseas. Llbean was wonderful because they mailed it forward and comped their mistake by paying for the postage which wasn’t cheap by any means.

Love love llb best credit card you don’t pay return shipping. High quality products. Most of my clothes and many camping items are LLB I even bought a table and an ottoman I love LLB! Miss the old return policy though but a year is good.

Ive been a customer for over 10 years. I really like their wicked mocassins. The first pair lasted me about 8 years. Im on my second pair now. The flannels are pretty good also. Their website is well organized and easy to use.

Very satisfied with the merchandise however the payment for those of us in Canada is very problematic. LLBean site keeps invalidating the purchase. The Credit Card company says the issue is at its end. The problem has existed for over 6 months or more

I also purchased from the kids lines for my son during Christmas. Being a nine year old boy he is quite picky. He absolutely loves the comfort and styles. My purchase was Mountain Fleece Pants Mini Waffle Henley Bean Flannel pajamas and the Fleece Robe which we can't seem to get him out of.

no longer stand behind their products, my new boots fell apart. apparently the workers in china just didn't get the $.10 hour they were asking for and quality took a nose dive.

Best quality ever

Think their customer service has declined slightly in recent years and while quality of most of their clothing and outdoor gear is very good I have occassionally been disappointed lately. Even with that I still find they are light years ahead of most retailers in being responsive to customers and providing quality goods.

Also I don't blame them for changing their return policy, It's still generous, at 12 months. When they had lifetime guarantee I stood behind woman at return counter in their flagship store who had several paper grocery bags each filled to bursting with old, soiled, worn LLB clothing that were obviously picked up at yard sales or donation bins. The clerk had to research every item since none were recent enough to be in their computer system. Then the woman demanded cash instead of the store gift card that was provided! The lifetime guarantee is impossible to maintain in face of this abuse.

Great outdoor equipment for anything else being done here totally and completely out there for any possible reason. I hope you will visit them and order from them without any problems in the feature, please say big thanks to them for this to be possible!

First class company where you always get someone normal from Maine on the phone to answer any issues. Have never had a bad experience with them on the phone.
