I got my refund quickly, which I really appreciated. the whole thing felt fair and handled the right way.

I bought a winter jacket from llbean.com a few years back, and it’s been through plenty, snow, rain, dog walks, getting thrown in the car, the usual stuff a jacket should be able to handle. I don’t exactly baby my clothes, but the zippers still work fine and the seams haven’t started doing anything weird. Common sense says a winter jacket should last more than one season, and this one has. I’m happy with it and would definitely buy from them again.

I went in looking for boots and, umm, the staff was really nice. They helped me find my size quickly, so the whole visit was easy and stress-free.

I ordered a fleece and a couple pairs of socks from llbean.com, mostly because my old hoodie was looking sad and it’s been freezing in the mornings. The fleece ended up being really warm without feeling like I’m wearing a giant blanket, and it’s soft enough that I’ve been throwing it on while making coffee, walking the dog, and sitting at my desk with cold hands. The socks are warm too, which was a nice bonus since my kitchen floor is weirdly icy this time of year. Shipping was totally fine and the website was easy to deal with. Not the cheapest stuff out there, but it feels like the kind of winter basics that will actually last. I’d order from them again

the box showed up with a noticeable dent, so i was a little worried at first. luckily, everything inside was totally fine and worked as expected.

The navy actually looked navy, and the green wasn’t that super bright shade you sometimes get when the photos are misleading. I like shopping on LL Bean because every time I go on there I feel like there’s just a ton to choose from, like clothes, shoes, bags, outdoor gear, and random useful things I didn’t even realize I wanted, and it’s all easy to find, the sizes and colors are usually decent, and somehow I always end up finding more than what I originally came for, which almost never happens to me when I’m shopping online

I got my order and everything was right, which is always a relief. You know how sometimes you worry something might be missing or mixed up, but this one came just as expected

Oof. The fabric was rougher than I expected and not super comfortable against my skin. Meh. It’s okay, but I was hoping it would feel softer.

But once L.L.Bean got the return, the money was back on my card in about a few days. I didn’t have to chase anyone down or send extra emails, which was nice. Overall, it was a simple return and a fast refund. Definitely happy with the experience, so 5 stars from me.
